BOOTH LAYOUT

In order to maintain the highest level of professionalism at the Greater Moncton Home Show, booth guidelines are strictly enforced by show management.

What is required to exhibit at the Greater Moncton Home Show?

  • Professional flooring that covers the entire surface of exhibit space.
  • Professional signage (no hand written signs).

Depending on the location of your show booth, you may be subject to different requirements in terms of set-up. Please see the sample booth layouts below. Please feel free to contact us at 506-852-3377 with any questions about display standards.

Back wall must be 8’ in height and have standard 3‘ sidewalls. Exhibitors may add 8’ height to the rst 4‘ of either side but must be nished back or pay additional curtain to cover. Subject to approval of show management. The maximum height for nal 6’ to the aisle is 3’. Signage can be hung by top bar of back wall by exhibitor. No other signage to be a xed to coliseum surfaces without permission of show management and must be hung by o cial show decorator at exhibitor expense. Exhibitor is responsible for cleaning inside booth (vacuum, dust). If additional requirements, please contact the o cial show decorator for cleaning rates.

Back wall must be 8’ in height and have standard 3‘ side curtains that come out 10’ from back. Optional to have 4’ of sidewall at 8’ but must be finished back or pay for additional 4’ curtain section. A sidewall is optional on the side of booth that is exposed to aisle and does not have an adjoining exhibitor. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to finish any side of the wall, in an attractive manner , that is exposed to view. Subject to approval of Show Manager. Signage can be hung by top bar of back wall by exhibitor using S hooks. No other signage to be a fixed to coliseum surfaces without permission of show management and must be hung by official show decorator at exhibitor expense. Exhibitor is responsible for cleaning inside booth (vacuum, dust). If additional requirements, please contact the official show decorator for cleaning rates.
